Coffee grounds: more than just waste

Use everyday “waste” as a valuable resource

Starting with your own coffee machine at home, there are numerous ways in which you can recycle coffee grounds:

It is ideal as a natural fertiliser for plants as it is rich in nutrients such as nitrogen, potassium and phosphorus, which promote growth.
The coffee grounds can also be used as a natural peeling for the skin, which removes dead skin cells thanks to its abrasive texture and stimulates blood circulation.
Coffee grounds are also used in the household, for example as an odor neutralizer in the refrigerator or as a natural cleaner for stubborn stains on dishes and surfaces.

By using coffee grounds in these ways, you are actively contributing to reducing kitchen waste and using your everyday “waste” as a valuable resource.
